The Little Move: Days 24&25
I've got BOXES!!!
Our supplier (who shall remain nameless) gave us 75 boxes. WOOHOOO!
Ok, so here's the update.
Everything is back into the office, because I heard a rumor that it might, just might, rain. Don't want wet books.
My room... I got rid of a couple more boxes into the garage, and wiped down the back wall. Last night, I slept without waking up with my asthma bothering me. Musta been the dust.
My room is slowly emptying except for the furniture, clothes and television. LOL. Ok, so the afghans I'm working on are still in here too.
Living room. good grief. The teens were very helpful and went through some boxes that were in the garage. Now they are separated into dispense with, and keep boxes. But they are still in the living room. LOL Will do something about that tomorrow.
The boy and I (ok, I was supervising, and the hubby had to come bail us out because of the stinking back brakes, bah!) changed all the brakes on the van. Now I don't have to worry about not stopping.
I've reconstructed my control journal, and the teens have thiers, which my youngest actually says may help her. :)
School starts tomorrow, YAY! and the oldest and I will be doing the work on our own for the most part after today.
I've got to get the oil changed on the van and the tires rotated, go to the post office to mail out my winners' winnings, and I think that's it. Well, that's all that's on my cj.
OH!!! I'm getting a Dell... LOL. Yes, I broke down and bought a new laptop, and will be returning the rental.
That will save me $200 a month. That's a big chunk of change and will definitly help fly my finances.
I think that's it. I'm going to lay down and try to stay cool. It's 106 today.
